Manager Pasoja satisfied with performance of players in friendly win
First team manager, Juha Pasoja says he is satisfied with the contribution of his charges in the friendly win over Kaakyire FC on Sunday.
Dreams FC played two games with the opponent on the day as the first team won 2-1 in the first game with the second team winning 2-0 in the second game of the day.
Speaking after the game, manager Pasoja noted his satisfaction with the performance despite it being the first in a long while.
“I am satisfied with what the players did. It could have been better but I understand because it is the first game they have played after a long break and it was not going to be easy to perform with the highest intensity.”
“Winning the game itself is always a good feeling so I am happy in the end, we carried the day.”, he added.
Some players from the youth side, Still Believe FC were given the opportunity to feature alongside the first team and Manager Pasoja mentioned that he was pleased with their contribution.
“They did a good job. They have shown their desire and even in training they are always participating good and giving everything of themselves. You can see that they want to become better players.”
He further added that he believes their show of desire is good for both the team and themselves.
“I think it’s good for us and also for the Still Believe players that they can take the step up.”
The game, played at the Theatre of Dreams in Dawu was the first game the team had played in since the break in the league.
