Player Ratings – Berekum Chelsea 1-1 Dreams FC

Dreams FC missed out on a deserved three point at the Berekum Golden City Park on Sunday when a late equaliser by Berekum Chelsea meant both sides shared the spoils.

This was a game that proved to be tough but the Still Believe lads gave a good account of themselves throughout the game with some scintillating performances.

Here is how each player fared on the day.

Isaac Amoako – 3.5/5
He continued from where he left off last Sunday with some good saves. His link up play with the other outfield players were good on the day. He was unfortunate to concede a late goal.

Razak Cromwell – 3.5/5
His performance was a quality upgrade on the previous week. He possessed the ball well and his forward runs were excellent. Defensively he kept the right side closed for the Berekum Chelsea attack. He had the highlight of the game when he sent a B. Chelsea player to the cleaners with a sweet turn.

Maxwell Arthur – 4/5
He was solid as usual. Pushing forward well and occasionally slotting in at centre back to form a back 3. He assisted the goal with a very good cross from the left side.

Massahudu Abdullai – 3/5
He marshalled the defence with great strength. He thwarted several Berekum Chelsea attacks in the first half.

Issah Yakubu – 3/5
He also showed great strength and quality at the back to stop the B. Chelsea forwadds6 from making any impact.

Patrick Arthur – 3.5/5
He played his heart out in the middle of the pitch. He controlled affairs all around and was unlucky to get a a goal when his shot was parried on to the post by the B. Chelsea goalkeeper.

Godfred Asante – 4/5
He played an excellent game for Dreams FC. He shielded the defence with great bravado. He made several crucial blocks in the second half to deny B. Chelsea from scoring. It was a captain’s performance from him.

Kwadwo Asamoah – 3.5/5
He played really well on the day. He took his time on the ball and showed great control. His passes were spot on. He did well to fill in adequately on the right side of attack when it was necessary.

Samuel Pimpong – 3.5/5
He played a very good game. He was a constant thorn in the flesh of the B. Chelsea defend. He did well to show up on the far post to slot in the opening goal for Dreams FC.

Zuberu Sharani – 4.5/5
He gave a man of the match performance on the day. The B. Chelsea defence were no match when he got the ball. His strength was peerless. Made several crucial runs with the ball that should have resulted in at least one goal for him.

Eric Gawu 3/5
He didn’t have a particularly good day despite proving stubborn to the B. Chelsea defence. He squandered several chances to score particularly a one on one situation with the B. Chelsea goalkeeper in the first half; he could only shoot straight into the arms of the goalkeeper.
