In the past couple of weeks, the team has been preparing towards the beginning of the new season. Daily training routine to ensure that the lads are in the best sharp for the 2020/21 season has been the technical team’s topmost priority.

On Thursday, the fixture for the Ghana Premier League was released following the announcement of the start of the new season by the Ghana Football Association.

Shortly after the announcement, in an interview with Dreams Media, Manager Winfred Dormon has reacted to the season’s schedule and discloses plans to get the team in shape for the task ahead.

Having had time to digest the dates of the forthcoming games, he had this to say: It’s exciting fixtures and we are happy as coaches that the fixtures are in on time, it helps you to plan with your first opponent in mind.

Dormon On Dreams’ First Game.

With Inter Allies away due to be our first game back, followed later by our hosting of Medeama SC  at home, we start by facing a team that we did not play last season and also one that we beat 1-0 at Dawu.

With Inter Allies in mind, the coach said, we know ourselves we both play similar football, we both have a similar system and believe in youth development. Though we did not play them last season we know how they play. With the technical aspect, it will be decided when we are getting closer to the game but for now, we are ready.

There is nothing like an easy fixture or a tough one, every game is tantamount to 3 points so you have to approach each game with the correct attitude, the first 5 games looks challenging on paper but it doesn’t look impossible we will approach each game as it comes but now it’s Inter Allies which is our first game the rest will come as we progress.

Dormon and his boys are still on preseason getting ready for the start of the season.
